This last page is dedicated to my Pappou, who has since passed. He was a wise and humble man, and even had a full head of hair at almost 100 years old! He was devoted to his family — all nine of his grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. I think about him often and wish my kids had more time to know him. I am incredibly grateful for all the trips to Florida with my kids every year before his passing, and for the man he was.
